Job Description
The Integrity Strategy and Operations team works closely with Engineers, Product and Policy teams to identify patterns and behaviors and build solutions for the ever-changing field of integrity. We are looking for those interested and passionate about integrity, process and operations excellence, the metaverse, and the developers creating content for it.As a member of the Integrity Strategy and Operations team, you will be responsible for the developer journey, communication and experience as it relates to integrity and other regulatory compliance. The Integrity Strategy Manager, Developer Experience interfaces with a broad range of internal teams and works closely with the research team, engineering, product marketing and product to ensure our integrity and regulatory compliance requirements are clear. They are knowledgeable about our data policies and integrity compliance requirements. They are comfortable with developers and doing user research to uncover areas of opportunity. They leverage a deep understanding of the developer ecosystem and leverage a user centered approach to understand pain points and relevant solutions.This is a unique opportunity to redefine the VR developer experience as it relates to developer, application and privacy integrity. Integrity Strategy Manager, Developer Experience Responsibilities:
- Continuously assess the end-to-end developer experience identifying successes and opportunities providing impact analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform a best-in-class experience.
- Design, lead and execute a new and creative approach for app integrity and privacy education and communication to the VR developer ecosystem.
- Provide thoughtful, clear and empathetic guidance for VR developers by leveraging existing documentation and creating new materials to support educational programming.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure guidance to developers is delivered at relevant points during the development lifecycle.
- Represent qualitative and quantitative feedback from stakeholders into final materials. Track performance of materials and developer sentiment to continue to generate the best possible outcomes for developer success.
- Identify process improvements and provide feedback to optimize the design and operations of integrity communications.
- Develop a deep understanding of developer pain points and represent the developer across their development journey.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of work experience, including 3+ years experience in marketing, consulting, communications, internet technology, or equivalent function.
- Experience creating communication, educational and onboarding materials for internal and external clients.
- Experience juggling multiple projects with fluctuating deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience being in a role as a communicator with experience simplifying concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with integrity and compliance requirements, including 1+ years of experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels.
- Experience working with hybrid onsite/remote teams.
- Interested in new technologies, virtual reality and the metaverse.
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to support developer products.
- Experience exhibiting judgment on complex and ambiguous issues, fostering collaboration among leaders, teams, and stakeholders.
