Have a strong front-end engineering skill set? Looking to join a high functioning, tight team of engineers? Seeking badass Front-End Engineer/Full Stack engineer eager to join our start up and finish building a sleek new application that gamifies how we work. This is initially a part time role, with opportunity to move to full time – comp in cash or equity – up for negotiation.


We need organized, detail-oriented builders who know how to execute and get things done. Someone who is eager to build, share knowledge and learn from others. Beta client and investor feedback has been resoundingly positive, and this is your chance to get in on the ground floor.


This position isn't for greenhorns…you need to have experience building secure, stable, and scalable web applications. A strategic, collaborator mindset is a must. We value your input and expertise! 


Your skillset…

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript
  • 2+ years experience in using React.js
  • 3+ years in developing web-based user interfaces
  • Strong experience building and implementing animations
  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, Redux, NPM, etc.
  • Experience with responsive UI design (e.g. mobile first)
  • Required skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Redux
  • E-Learning / Ed Tech experience a plus

What you’ll be doing…

  • Building the product with the current tech team
  • Identifying opportunities to add value to the product
  • Collaborating with Founders on progress, goals, vision, and strategy on a weekly basis
  • Once the product is built, you’ve proven your skills and ability to deliver, there will be opportunities to grow. We will do whatever we can to make your workday engaging and rewarding, while balancing business needs.

We’re engineers, scientists, educators, and entrepreneurs with a combined 60+ years of experience. We’re gamifying the future of work with a research based software application that will integrate into Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams and WebEx. Subsequently, we will integrate into augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) use cases. As a fully remote organization, we require all of our team members to complete a background check.
