• You must own an Oculus Quest 2

- Your Responsibilities -

You will develop VR play experiences that move people into thriving states of mind that produce lasting neurological change that ultimately improves people's life experiences safely.

You’ll...

• Be an integral force in the company's direction and achievements
• Be in complete mindsync with the team and take part in all major decisions
• Co-design VR experiences with a VR games team
• Own and execute the development of VR play experiences in Unity and C#
• Own all technology-related responsibilities and results that are part of software development cycles
• Eventually, hire and lead the development team and/or oversee an external development team
• Act as a visionary technology leader and build a positive team culture
• Wear any ‘hat’ outside of your domain to serve our players and achieve successful company progression.

- Tech Qualifications -

• Experience with Unity Mobile VR development (preferably for Oculus Quest 2)
• Solid foundational programming skills (algorithms, data structures, OOP) and highly proficient at C# programming
• Experience with AWS DynamoDB and S3 or with general database setup back-end development, for organizing and storing data, and feeding data to the front end for the player

- VR Game/Simulation Experience -

• Experienced with the video game or VR simulation development life cycle, tools, and processes from pre-production through to launch and into live services
• Experienced in designing VR user interface experiences
• Familiar with multiple game genres across VR, PC, and/or console games
• Startup experience or intrapreneurial by nature
