ENGINEERING PRODUCER 

 The Famous Group is looking to hire a full-time video engineering producer for our team. We need a sharp, organized, and motivated person to manage the technical production of a variety of projects for deployment at various events. You will interface with the proprietary technologies and mixed reality/advanced technology departments to design and/or manage audio video solutions for events and installation. You will also interface directly with the clients on sales pitches and throughout the event pre-production process to ensure the technical and engineering criteria is met for a successful result 

REQUIREMENTS:  

• 2-3+ years in interactive/experiential events & broadcast production. 
• Experience working collaboratively with creative, development and quality assurance teams in a remote workplace.  
• Strong understanding of broadcast systems and production processes.  
• Strong understanding of project management and project support  
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at a time consisting of pitches, internal work, and on-going jobs.  
• Experience in broadcast working with control room systems and cameras. 
• Experience working with virtual media broadcast/playback systems. 
• Excellent communication skills to provide sales and production support on technical matters. 
• Ability to manage client and internal expectations of the technology and engineering scope for all involved on the project. 
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Responsible for consultation and technical design of virtual, hybrid, and mixed reality events 
• Gain a clear understanding to manage, support and communicate the technical and engineering elements behind TFG proprietary technology (Virtual Seat/Vixi Live/Vixi Social) and any future tech that may arise 
• Gain a clear understanding to manage, support and communicate the technical and engineering elements of Mixed Reality and other technologies that may arise from client requests 
• Work with sales team and provide sales engineering and expert solutions consulting support for project pitches. 
• Coordinating equipment rentals/purchases with the procurement/IT departments. 
• Coordinate with team members, software & hardware vendors. 
• Operation of video systems for events. 
• Assist in developing support procedures and documentation. 
• Assist in schedule creation and interact with clients to ensure deliverables and scope of project is met.
