Position Overview

Mursion’s business is growing rapidly and we are seeking a Client Operations Implementation Associate who will set the foundation for building long-lasting partnerships by providing exceptional service during initial onboarding to Mursion’s platform. This role is a balance of independent work and partnering with Sales, Client Success, and Product team members to ensure that new clients are appropriately introduced to the platform and are ready for engagement and learning. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong technical project management and relationship-building skills.


This position is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the Manager, Client Operations. Salary will range between $65,000-$75,000 + bonus and benefits based on applied experience, geographic location, and other factors identified by the hiring committee. This is a fully remote position with the option to work from Headquarters in San Francisco.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful implementation process from kick-off to go-live; set, communicate, and manage expectations throughout and provide updates to key stakeholders, including the client
  • Manage the client experience by facilitating product onboarding calls, making recommendations to the client on optimal set-up, troubleshooting client challenges during onboarding
  • In partnership with the Client Operations team, use technical and platform expertise to develop creative solutions to operational challenges
  • Assist in the development of product and process documentation
  • Develop project plans leading to seamless client onboarding and product releases
  • Understand the technology and integration landscape of client systems and our internal systems, and be able to evaluate and recommend enhancements
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of work experience on a client-facing team in a customer service setting
  • 2+ years working in a corporate environment such as SaaS, tech, or start-up
  • Solid written & verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Experience using project management and CRM software (the team uses Hubspot, Asana, and Jira)
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proactive self-starter
  • Experience in a tech company or a start-up
