We are seeking highly qualified native engineers to work on CV-enabled features and components for next-gen experiences pushing mobile device limits and further empowering our buyers and sellers. You will work closely with research scientists to create new experiences from initial algorithms and out to features.

About The Team

The Computer Vision (CV) team at eBay Core AI is looking for highly qualified candidates for a full-time Senior iOS Engineer position in one of our beautiful offices.

With hundreds of millions of buyers and sellers, 1.3B+ of live listings at any point of time, millions of daily transactions and billions of daily queries, eBay provides an outstanding environment to work with data at scale. We actively pursue ideas that result in scalable algorithms and systems, while using the scale of data and delighting our customers.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven CV/ML experience with Objective-C and Swift on iOS
• Solid Understanding of current iOS architecture patterns
• 4+ years of experience
• Solid grasp of CV and ML frameworks, ARKit
• Unit, Integration, and Functional Testing
• Native iOS app development and converting ideas, designs and requirements to concrete stable production builds
• Coordinate and collaborate between CV and various Product and Engineering teams to identify problems, come up with creative solutions, and help with tracking and delivering within the release plan
• Ability to collaborate and drive standard methodologies with engineers from numerous teams
• Collaborate closely with team members and other teams, dividing up well-defined tasks in a structured, self-organizing culture.
• Partner and collaborate with other organizations throughout eBay.
• As part of the team, you'll also share your knowledge with the wider team as well as learning about and contributing to our core mobile experience.
• B.S. or equivalent degree in Computer Science is desired
