We are looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant who can be a key member of our Corporate Finance team. In this position you will partner with the other team members to help accumulate financial information for external reporting and management reporting decisions. You will be involved with the financial close, assist in the preparation of quarterly SEC Filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.) and have the opportunity to recommend continuous improvement ideas.


What you will do:

  • Assist with preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including footnotes and XBRL requirements
  • Assist with preparing financial statements and schedules for earnings call
  • Assist with preparation of cashflow statement
  • Analysis of divisional operating results as part of key corporate controls
  • Review quarterly revenue for proper recognition
  • Assist with the annual goodwill impairment analysis
  • Assist with the accounting and review of lease accounting activities
  • Research technical accounting issues, including accounting standards
  • Support external auditors for schedule requests and internal control testing
  • Other management projects


What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

  • Bachelor's degree required in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience, CPA preferred
  • Public Accounting background desirable
  • Experience and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to research and analyze data drawn from multiple sources to find problems and make effective recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience/ knowledge of Hyperion Enterprise/HFM, Oracle/SAP and exceptional Microsoft excel skills
