Primary Purpose

The Arcade Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the day to day operations of the vending department. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage vending department and analyze arcade game mix and recommend removing or adding games
  • Monitor and approve departmental purchases as well as prepare monthly and annual forecasts and budgets
  • Monitor cash handling and ticketing procedures
  • Hire and train department employees and monitor FTE and overtime
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns
  • Create, coordinate and execute operational plan for groups and special events
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and evacuation training is administered
  • Manage vending department
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Knowledgeable of arcade machine mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
  • Able to lead and mentor a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
  • Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year of theme park or arcade experience
  • Work varied shift, to include weekends and holidays
Preferred
  • Five (5) years of them park or arcade experience
  • Experience working in a similar resort setting
