The Work:
You’ll often be:
Designing, developing, and implementing interactive WebXR experiences that create a sense of presence and play in beautiful 3D environments while profiling and optimizing 3D experiences that will be performant on browsers for Extended Reality (Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality) capability and Metaverse initiatives.
Owning the full aspects of designing, implementing, running, and maintaining production code for our team and clients. Being able to quickly dive into implementation details working closely with 3D technical artists and other engineers.
Contributing to the development of techniques and processes by understanding and being able to weigh in on cloud architecture fundamentals and evaluating and proving out technical feasibility through rapid prototyping.
Collaborating with the team by following best practices for coding and software design, continuously driving improvements for the development process, and actively participating in agile rituals.
Shaping Accenture’s practice and project outcomes by pioneering with the latest technology innovations and learning constantly.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here's what you need:
Minimum of 5 years' experience with a WebXR libraries such as three.js, AFrame, BabylonJS, PlayCanvas, AR.js, csg.js, or similar
Minimum of 5 years' experience integrating with a 3D pipeline and optimizing assets
Minimum of 4 years’ experience with JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, and CSS
Minimum of 2 years’ of game development experience or interactive applications in 3D
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Professional Skills Requirement:
Strong knowledge of programming fundamentals, game architecture, and 3D math
Always willing to learn what you do not know in order to create new technology for beautiful 3D experiences
Bonus points if you are/have:
Experience with Node.js, React, Svelte or Vue
Experience with 3D Graphics and shader development (i.e WebGL, OpenGL, Vulkan, DirectX)
Experience working on a large-scale production web application
Experience with C++ development with Emscripten and WebAssembly
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $111,000 - $249,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
