In Europe, Pico is one of the premier enterprise hardware companies in the rapidly growing VR market. The Pico Europe business is responsible for all business opportunities in Europe, Israel and India. Pico's culture is problem solving oriented and customer centric; this role will be a key contributor to maintaining our unique position in the XR hardware market of being both a world class engineering and manufacturing company while also working deeply with our partners to solve real world issues.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the bridge between Pico software/hardware team and operation team/agents in EU. You will be required to collect consumer questions and work closely with product and development teams to provide solutions to improve customer experience.

- Coordinate with Sales/Marketing/Operations teams and external stakeholders
- Collect customer questions and user requirements and collate results to share with the internal product and development teams, and track the progress
- Develop and deliver operational performance and after-sale reports, proposals, requirements documents, provide data analysis as needed
- Provide training on software, hardware, standards, and reporting systems to external agents.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years working experience in consumer electronics, engineering or quality, project management, internet products or other related working experience
- VR/AR/MR/Smartphone experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to analyse and improve operational processes
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Chinese working experience strongly preferred.
