Spark AR is an end-to-end Platform that enables a global community of creators and developers to imagine, create and share Augmented Reality experiences that reach billions of people.


On the AR Partnerships team, we are focused on growing and nurturing the ecosystem of creators, developers and businesses making and publishing AR content with Spark technology. These Customers for Spark, include a large and vibrant community of individual creators, established creative agencies and studios, and blue-chip businesses across verticals. Through these relationships, we support their work, growth and engagement with Spark.


We are looking for an experienced AR Producer with partner & production management skills to help grow and nurture relationships with the set of top-tier creators & brand/business partners and work with them on some of the most strategically important, innovative Augmented Reality projects being developed with Spark. The ideal individual has strong creative sensibilities, is strategic-minded and can bring day-to-day operational muscle to our team. As a member of this team, you will engage with some of the world's most influential brands, media, sports and gaming companies as well as the Technical Creators who are defining Augmented Reality through their output. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams focused on AR as well as a cross-functional team that spans Policy, Legal, Marketing, Sales and Operations.


Job Responsibilities:

• Own & maintain day-to-day relationship between developers, external partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure highest-quality AR content is produced and delivered within expected timelines

• Proactively identify and communicate project status, including risks and milestones, to cross functional teams

• Establish and maintain production processes for a new team to streamline operations

• Ingest learnings from developer partners and translate them into actionable feedback for Engineering teams

•Solid understanding and experience of varied uses of AR, real-time development, production management, vendor management, budgets, R&D schedules

• Maintain direct and active relationships with creators/developers to gather feedback on how to improve their experience


Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in media production or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of practical experience in a production management role that includes XR experience, real-time animation production, or shipped title(s) in games

• Clear creative vision and the ability to communicate your vision to all audiences

• Solid understanding of production terminology and the production environment

• Flexible nature with the ability to anticipate needs, problem solve, and prioritize multiple tasks and activities in a dynamic, deadline-driven work environment

• Experience with real time art and animation production tools and pipelines

• Time-management capabilities with a willingness to juggle numerous projects and deadlines at once

• Computer literacy, including facility with database and office-productivity software (Excel, Word, Photoshop and project-planning applications)

• Keen attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills to work with multi-functional teams

• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
