THE ROLE

We’re looking for a digitally-minded Creative Strategist to lead strategy on existing clients and projects, while actively driving marketing innovation across the agency and for our most ambitious partners.
Areas of particular interest include AR, VR, 360 video, Gaming and Metaverse.
The ideal candidate is a proactive strategist and leader - with demonstrated expertise in one or more of the spaces above. You’ll be working alongside our amazing Strategy, Creative and Client Service teams to create new campaigns, programs and offerings.
As this is a unique hybrid role, you’ll also be experienced and more-than-comfortable working on more ‘traditional’ social media campaigns (often with a TikTok skew), uncovering exciting new insights and opportunities to drive creative ideation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Movers+Shakers’ Creative, Production and Client Service teams to ideate, articulate and develop innovative concepts for VR/AR/360 and Gaming/Metaverse spaces.
- Supporting the definition and execution of an agency innovation roadmap including, but not limited to the areas outlined above.
- Keep current on current trends, proactively educating and upskilling teams and clients on latest opportunities - in a human and approachable way.
- Identify and build relationships with key creators, vendors, and developers to help supercharge our thinking and campaigns.
- Leading the research, insight discovery and inspiration to unlock creative opportunities and ‘ways in’ for new and existing TikTok-centric client projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience either in a creative agency setting or at large consumer brands.
- Proven experience in strategizing, ideating and developing experiences in one or more of the AR, VR, 360 video, Gaming and Metaverse spaces.
- A broad understanding of digital marketing and how social media contributes to brand/business growth.
- Exposure to insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry. Able to formulate insight-driven strategic and creative recommendations.
- Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond, helping them on their unique innovation journey.
- Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously
- Proactive and able to see the business opportunities amongst the noise.
