Calling out for a passionate Customer Onboarding Specialist to train, onboard and embed our learning solutions into our Customer's LMS in the New York Area. You will own the customer engagement to implement SkillsVR with the objective to make onboarding and embedding of SkillsVR’s ecosystem a seamless experience for the customer. You will have to ensure that the onboarding process for each customer is a smooth and a positive experience to maximize usage with learners and required learner data /issues shared with troubleshooting teams for feedback/resolution and ongoing continuous improvement.

The Role

  • Ensure successful deployment of SkillsVR into the customer’s business operations.
  • Understanding the internal stakeholders’ requirements to ensure from a technical perspective the solution is successful.
  • Be the first point of contact for product support.
  • Define the onboarding process once the customer is signed on until successful deployment and customize this plan where required to meet specific requirements of the customer.
  • Provide high level product training to prospects’ internal VR champions (company VR Champion).
  • Consult and plan with the customers IT team to allow a smooth deployment and operation of SkillsVR’s solution
  • Advise and coordinate required hardware and logistics including working to secure and store warranties and help procure accessories as and if required.
  • Maintain effective parallel communication with the internal revenue team and technical support team at all points of onboarding.
  • Be responsible for the opportunity from end to end.
  • Ensure the onboarding process for each customer is a smooth and a positive experience to maximize usage with learners.


About You

  • Experience working in customer service centered or technical support roles or equivalent.
  • Strong customer centricity with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve and build strong working relationships with external prospects.
  • Technology/IT proficient with various platforms and security practices.
  • Effective communication skills and documentation processes.
  • Be confident in presenting to and training multiple people in person or remotely.
  • Excellent zoom, phone, and email etiquette.
  • Can be a recent graduate with internship experience.


Locations

While this role will be 100% remote we are looking at employing at least 2 people in the NY area/ EST timezone.
