MoodMe provides amazing Augmented Reality experiences with emotional intelligence.

Welcome to the experience economy!

You will be part of the management team with the CMO, CPO, CTO, Chief AI and Chief Design.

You will lead the Augmented Reality front end & the back end technological choices, roadmaps, strategy, and research.

You have a track record as CEO or Co-Founder of a venture-backed startup.

You raised a Series A (ideally) or AT LEAST a 1 M$ seed. If not, do NOT apply!

You demonstrate a deep understanding of the fields of AR, 3D animation, computer vision, face analytics technologies innovation and management.

You are interested in AR and AI, its social acceptance, ethics, and privacy.

You want a piece of a company whose purpose is to become the leader in the experience economy with human-centric artificial intelligence.

You believe in no guts no glory and are ready to walk the talk and be an entrepreneur.

None of the Co-Founders / CXO are taking salaries.

Your package is a negotiated amount of Founder equity until the closing of the fund-raising round planned in Q2 2022 or when sales generate sufficient cash flow.

No paycheck till then. Half–time is OK in this phase.

MoodMe has > 100 customers in sports, brand marketing, fashion, cosmetics & eyewear virtual try on.

You will have responsibility for:

• Manage the turn around of the company from a stagnation to a fast growth trajectoty

Interact with the CxO team, provide them with mentoring, technology leadership, and growth opportunities, rewarding team members for exceptional performance.

Hire new top talents to innovate in our products.

Identify market segments & business models that bring the company to profitability with high margins.

• Define the company strategy with intimate consultations with the other Co-Founders.

• Manage operations with agile methods that fit with the small size of the company and its big ambitions

• Track performance in order to maintain the productivity of the team. Work closely with our core team, understanding where they are finding success, and where they need work.

• Improve the datasets, tools, and products by listening to ideas from the developers, advocating for innovative ideas, and finding paths to their implementation.

• Develop a technical strategy with clear goals, obstacles, risk analysis aligned with the company’s business objectives.

• Represent the company, promoting new and innovative ideas, inspire trust in the products and underlying AI that the company is building, through an active involvement across the public spaces.

• Participate in events, trade-shows, and speaking opportunities.

Qualifications

Must have: SUCCESSFULL CEO experience in tech (min 3 years)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Master's Degree preferred.

MBA or other business related topic is very welcome.

Solid skills in AI, software development.

Demonstrated ability to achieve results while working in a cross-functional environment

Solution driven thinking

Comfortable with working remotely, at least partially
