The vision of SPREE Interactive is to become the world’s most played VR platform within the Themed Attractions and Location Based Entertainment industry. Our current clients include theme parks, trampoline parks, family entertainment centers, and shopping malls.

We are now recruiting for a IT System Installation and Support Technician onsite to grow our technical team.

Main Tasks

  • Provide outstanding customer service remote and on site
  • Plan, setup and install SPREE systems at customer locations world wide
  • Perform installations remote and on site (including training, test and handover)
  • Analysis of problems to ensure functionality of systems world wide
  • System support during live events at demos or trade fairs
  • Carrying out system updates and maintenance work
  • Support of the development team
  • Documentation and continuous improvement

Your profile

  • A strong customer focus
  • The ability to think logically
  • Mechanical and IT Knowledge
  • A good memory of how software and operating systems work
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • English fluent
  • Drivers license class A
  • Willingness and ability to travel worldwide
  • A big plus: proven experience with IT Support
  • Another big plus: (basic) programming knowledge in one or more of the following: C#, C++, Java, Javascript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Scripts (Shell)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

  • IT Support: 1 year (Preferred)
