Summary
Our client has pioneered high definition image processing solutions for high-definition video used by major broadcasters (e.g. ESPN, NBC, Fox, CBS) and national sports leagues (e.g. NFL, NASCAR) and has parallel technologies used in aerospace and defense applications.
We're seeking a talented Computer Vision Engineer to help develop the next iteration of immersive video processing software. You'll join the R&D team of this well-funded start-up and help take it to the next level.
Qualifications / Responsibilities
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics
- 5 years or more of similar CV / ML / AI software development experience in video processing, gaming, VR / XR, or image processing applications
- Must have experience developing with the NVIDIA GPU family; Jetson AGX Xavier, CUDA, Vulkan.
- Experience with OpenGL & OpenCV also welcome.
- Low-level C/C++
- Algorithm development; low-latency encoding/decoding of HD videos (8K+) in real time.
- Knowledge of image processing techniques; demosaicing, CFA interpolation, color reconstruction, flat field correction
- Experience with modern CV/ML frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud-based GPU architectures, video codecs and transport streams also desired.
