Expected compensation: $80.00 - $91.00 per hour

HireArt is helping the world’s largest social network hire an AR/VR Producer who is passionate about creating a cutting edge virtual reality experience.

In this role, you'll establish and maintain operational procedures; manage art pipelines; scope and provide schedules; and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders.

As An AR/VR Producer, You’ll
  • Engage with the art team to define the art components, scope, and goals for key features within the company's various projects.
  • Initiate and manage vendor contracts/purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine mutual vision, goals, and project requirements for product features.
  • Establish and create processes to help the art team run efficiently and smoothly.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate production red flags while executing against ambitious targets.
  • Consistently communicate with cross functional partners in providing schedules and timelines into the overall product development programs.
  • Manage relationships with cross functional teams for critical input on visual targets and localized content.
  • Track asset pipelines, releases, and versioning.

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in game development, film, or interactive media
  • Experience driving production process and shipping large, multi-medium projects with 3D pipelines
  • Proven experience prioritizing and juggling multiple initiatives and meeting deadlines
  • Experience working cooperatively with artists, engineers, product managers, and designers
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and diplomatic skills
  • Experience with a range of production toolsets (e.g. Shotgrid, Asana, Jira, and Trello)
  • Passion for empowering creative teams to produce excellent results
Commitment: This is a full-time, 6-month contract position (with the potential or extension or conversion) staffed via HireArt. It will be fully remote until offices reopen and is available to all U.S.- or Canda-based candidates.
