We are currently seeking an MES -  Recipe Author to join our team.  

In this role - you will be a contributing member of the p roject team to successfully deliver support to:  

• Develop MBR (Master Batch Record) Templates using POMS MES platform
• Deliver MBR and integration to client systems
• Author recipes and resolve ERP integration and plant floor integration items
• Assist with “go live” MES programming, change controls and testing project plans
• Implement an MES system within a cell & gene manufacturing site
  
  

Role Function within team: 

To be able to act as an independent representative of the team- leading MES Recipe groups comprising of process engineering; manufacturing management; quality assurance; packaging; shipping; IT (from inside or partner organizations) and serve as backup to the team lead  

The role requires: 

• Relavent Pharma experience
• MES and POMs experience
• MES recipe authoring or MBR development
• Understanding of various client quality & mfg impacts involved with MES implementation
• Willingness to gain additional knowledge of the POMS platform and integration capabilities
  
  

MES - Recipe Authors must be able to apply good judgment on what level of detail makes sense for the situation and cannot be dogmatic in adhering to a process or procedure when the results defy commonsense. 

This position requires the ability to persuade others- regardless of title- of the best-paths forward- but without igniting interpersonal disputes.
