We are a Fortune 100 Company that focuses on delivering its vision through Augmented Reality(AR) is looking for you! Compute power requirements of Augmented Reality require custom silicon. This silicon team is driving the state of the art forward with breakthrough work in computer vision, machine learning, mixed reality, graphics, sensors, and new ways to map the human body. Our chips will enable AR devices where our real and virtual worlds will mix and match throughout the day.
What You Will Be Doing
- Take input and convert it into parameters that can be objectively measured using off-the-shelf or custom instruments at the component, sub-system, and the full system level.
- Drive simulation, modeling workstreams to set specifications and allowable errors limits on the measured parameters so that the overall performance is good from the end-use point of view.
- Define custom optical metrology instruments and methods.
- Work with metrology engineers on tester calibration and validation.
- Work with metrology engineers to perform measurement and analysis on optical modules and systems.
- Create and own optical characterization and validation plans.
- Present conclusive results and assess visual/optical performance given design goals and product requirements.
- Provide actionable recommendations and relevant failure analysis to debug or root-cause issues.
- Create/drive content to run on prototypes to support visual evaluation or user studies.
