About the Role

Engineering is building the platforms, experiences, and tools necessary to power our mission to License the Internet, and we are hiring our first team of dedicated Front-End Engineers! Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this role will partner with designers, creative technologists, and backend engineers to develop, improve, and deliver experiences that delight our users.

What You’ll Do

• Utilize React.js, HTML, CSS and Javascript to develop and deliver user-facing products and features
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to deliver experiences that delight our users
• Partnering with other engineering teams to refine requirements and scoping to iteratively deliver product predictably and with speed

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience with UCD design and front-end engineering
• A relentless obsession and a deep sense of curiosity about our users and a drive to provide them with an exceptional experience
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment by embracing an experiment-driven, fail-fast culture

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with design systems like Figma, Zeplin, and Storybook
• Mobile development experience
• Familiarity with modern Jamstack development techniques
• GraphQL expertise
• Experience with backend development languages and frameworks.
