As part of the Microsoft Mixed Reality global product marketing team, you will help drive value prop, messaging, and GTM strategy for Microsoft’s all up metaverse narrative, as well as products such as Microsoft Mesh and HoloLens 2. You will work collaboratively in a complex organizational environment, partnering closely with engineering, sales, and business planning teams to transform emerging technologies into high-value, customer-centric solutions. This role is flexible in that you will be able to partner with your manager to define the way that you’d like to work, whether that is in the office or from home.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with others to develop insights from research, competitive analyses, and market and industry trends to drive Microsoft’s Go-to-Market strategies for our metaverse offerings.
Identify key customer reasons to buy, retain, and grow. Drives the development and framework of messaging and positioning with stakeholders and managers. Deliver thoroughly researched messaging and positioning framework with a broader set of proof points and crisp storytelling. Build global and integrated marketing Bills of Materials.
Develop cross-team partnerships (e.g., Marketing, Partner, SWE, Design, Services, Sales) to lead and deliver differentiated customer value and company growth. Drive initiatives and programs across teams to improve and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
- OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
- OR equivalent experience.
