Job Summary
AECOM Hunt is seeking a Digital Technology Visualization Manager to support our Phoenix, Arizona office. This position will be based in our Phoenix, AZ office, however, offers a flexible work environment to include a combination of office and remote work flexibility.

The Digital Technology Visualization Manager leads the implementation and use of building and construction visualization technologies including augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR), collectively known as extended reality or XR, as well as other 3D applications and platforms such as Unreal Engine and Twinmotion, Enscape, Infraworks, Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk design and construction suite including Revit, etc., to continually support and elevate the delivery of AECOM Hunt’s world-renowned projects.
The primary duties of this role are to lead the Design Technology team’s business development efforts through the creation of, but not limited to, RFP response packages which include 3D site logistics and 4D animations to showcase AECOM Hunt’s advanced capabilities and industry-leading construction delivery methodology; partner with marketing and executives in support of project pursuits efforts; lead reality capture technology initiatives to elevate effective visual communication; lead the creation of assets, resources, and collaterals for training initiatives; lead training initiatives in leveraging visualization technologies in the field; identify “the next level” by continually leveraging leading-edge visualization technologies in full support of our pursuit of perpetual innovation.
The Digital Technology Visualization Manager’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work collaboratively within our core Digital Technology team Western region to strategize, implement, and leverage visualization technologies as well other related leading-edge methodologies to secure the advancement and continuous innovation of our digital project delivery.
- Schedule and meet with Project Executive, Project Manager, Marketing, and organizational leadership, to successfully lead and assist project pursuit efforts.
- Generate 3D site logistic renderings and 4D animation utilizing digital applications including Enscape, Adobe Illustrator, After Effects and Media Encoder, Infraworks, Synchro, Revit, RTV Tools, SketchUp, Near Map, and Google Earth integrations.
- Lead and assist with RFP response strategy; generate creative solutions to showcase AECOM Hunt’s industry-leading capabilities.

Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS + 10 years of relevant AEC industry visualization technology experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leading and managing a team.
- Requires 25% business travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to provide detailed narrative
- Strong verbal and graphic communication skills
- Strong organizational skills; possess the ability to be agile in leading multiple projects
- Basic understanding of BIM and VDC software and platform including ACC and Procore
- Self-motivated and can work independently or within a team
- Strong understanding of construction documents and can accurately interpret prints
- Possess technical knowledge of commercial building design and documentation
- Strong skills in marketing/sales for the purpose of pursuing new work and effectively communicating technical information to operations
- Understands data visualization utilizing Power BI, Tableau, etc.; can easily deep dive and understand applications and platforms APIs to extract and sanitize data in a visualization dashboard format.
