We are looking for a motivated research assistant to join our team, whose mission is to create and apply scientific knowledge about the cognitive system to improve human experiences in the augmented world. We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in supporting human behavioral experiments. Our team of researchers is identifying cognitively-inspired solutions for human computer interaction. The chosen candidates will work with a diverse and highly interdisciplinary team of researchers and engineers and will have access to cutting edge technology, resources, and testing facilities.

Responsibilities
- Stage, set up, and/or manage equipment and lab spaces to be used for experiments
- Conduct experiments which include collection of informed consent, running experiment protocols, handling of confidential data, data annotation, and creation of basic reports
- Conduct literature reviews on a wide field of research topics
- Assist with recruiting and scheduling of experiment participants
- Help with experimental design and provide feedback during design
Required Characteristics
- Holds a bachelors degree in the field of psychology, cognitive science, HCI, or related areas
- Strong communication, interpersonal and personal management skills
- Experience running behavioral experiments and collecting data
- Experience conducting experiments which include collection of informed consent, running experiment protocols, handling of confidential data, data annotation, and creation of basic reports
- Experience with Literature reviews
- Experience recruiting participants
- Experience with experiment design
