Your Contribution to our Mission: Member of the CEO's executive leadership team driving strategy, policy, corporate strategic initiatives, and financial/non-financial goals Actively participating in corporate governance in areas of risks, benefits, cyber and policies and engagements with the Board of Directors Establish the efficacy and performance of enterprise operations through the leadership, oversight, and engagement of global initiatives Leverages new approaches to business development, technical integration, and strategic planning to introduce sustainable solutions for clients operating in the intelligence, cyber, information systems, and defense space Passionate leader focused on developing high performing, highly engaged teams that deliver value creation across all aspects of the company Establish a multi-year digital transformation strategy for a Fortune 100 company. Oversee the facilitation of digital transformation and manufacturing efforts designed to advance collaborative systems and applications enterprise-wide Lead a multi-disciplined organization in the areas of Digital Transformation, Cyber, Information Technology, Security, Engineering, Manufacturing, business systems and Employee Shared Services Improve employee engagement, performance, and non-financial metrics in the areas of diversity, quality, and customer satisfaction and key OKRs/KPPs Drive improved business outcomes and improved performance through the establishment and analysis of operational functionality and review target metrics based on historical, current, and forecasted data Lead all aspects of the company's internal and international digital transformation technology strategy, delivering actionable solutions for transforming enterprise network capabilities, cyber frameworks, shared services, and applications Work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams to assess performance metrics and capacity, identify opportunities and deficiencies, evaluate objectives, and engineer a business strategy designed to support transformation plans Lead a diverse team to ensure alignment with objectives for a portfolio of innovative product and service ideas, partnering with customers and suppliers to align solution development strategies with end-user requirements Establish core objectives for the IT department's operating strategy, ensuring infrastructure aligned with business goals and resources were allocated properly To Land This Job, You Need: Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in leadership A dynamic, engaging leader with an intuitive, entrepreneurial spirit and a proven track record for fostering collaboration, building consensus, and directing strategic efforts to achieve developmental objectives, drive business growth, and deliver tangible results that align with core organizational and client-focused goals Strong and proven skills in corporate policy, operations, strategy, and growth initiatives Successfully lead an organization delivering global operations solutions, next generation security and digital ecosystem, and digital design for engineering, production, and manufacturing operations in both domestic and international locations Proven ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with autonomy and consistently deliver commitments in a timely manner under pressure.
