We are looking to grow our Visualization team in our Austin or Nashville offices with someone who has an excellent eye for digital image-making and the right combination of skills to fit into our team. Above all else, someone in this role should continuously strive to innovate and push our firm’s visualization quality and capabilities forward.

In this role, you will:

• Create in-house renderings, diagrams, and other imagery for architecture and interior design projects
• Provide guidance and quality control to images produced by the firm as a whole
• Investigate, promote, and help implement the latest visualization technologies
• Provide support and training to our fantastic design staff
• Manage relationships with visualization consultants and guide external production

The Musts:

• A great portfolio of architectural and/or interior visualizations that showcase both the designs and the ideas behind them
• A refined eye for image quality and composition
• Passion for emerging architectural visualization technologies
• Experience rendering Revit models in software such as Enscape, 3DS Max, Lumion, etc. (We’re more concerned with final image quality than how you get there.)
• Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent) for post-processing
• Ability to create/modify tileable textures and apply them to a 3D model
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

Helpful qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline: Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, etc.
• Training in principles of architectural photography
• Multiple years of visualization experience in the architecture/design field
• Proficient in one or more of the following: Rhino, SketchUp, VR/AR/MR/XR development, video/3D walkthrough production, 3D printing
• Experience using a game development engine, such as Unity or Unreal
