This position will be located at one our MN offices in the Twin Cities Metro 



What You Will Do:





  • Perform and manage field data collection projects 







  • Package and deliver geospatial data based on client requirements 




  • Use GPS/GNSS devices for high accuracy data collection 




  • Collect highly accurate, high quality geospatial information, including the location and attributes of assets 




  • Perform interior and exterior scans for visual documentation and Lidar data collection 




  • Use vehicular mounted camera-based field collection technology operated by a tablet or phone 







  • Be involved in post-processing, data management, and quality control of field collected data 




  • Perform desktop editing and data entry within the ArcGIS Platform 





What You Will Bring:





  • Familiarity with EOS and Trimble GNSS devices 




  • Proficient working with ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, Field Maps, and Survey123 







  • Experience with Leica BLK360 or similar scanning device 




  • Experience with Matterport or other systems used for interior imaging 




  • Sound data management practices 




  • Excellent communication and analytical skills 




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, Remote Sensing, Survey, or related field. 







  • Minimum of one year of professional experience in GIS or related field 





Our preferred candidate will have: 





  • Understanding of the Municipal (local government) sector 




  • Understanding of public and private asset data 




  • Experience with drone data collection and reality meshes 







  • Experience with Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR) 




  • General experience with GIS analysis and cartographic methods 




  • Ability to read and interpret engineering record drawings 




  • Knowledge and working experience with ArcGIS Server and similar RESTful map services 




  • Experience working with Autodesk Revit
