Software Engineer (Hybrid)

This position is within the High-Density Interconnect (rigid drilling) Product Engineering team. Your team designs and develops machines that enable disruptive laser based processing and high-volume manufacturing of rigid circuit boards in the consumer electronics industry. We are investing in this product team to accelerate the development timelines of our future products, allowing us to quickly capitalize on our successes and expand solutions for our customer base.



We are looking for a Software Engineer who designs and develops the system software platform in current and future products by:

· C# coding

· Designing and debugging of hardware control features

· Maintaining code used for system control and structuring

· Tracking and reporting progress to management

· Assisting in the identification and resolution of system design weaknesses



What you bring to the team, along with your curiosity:

· B.S. degree in computer engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or other engineering degree with coding experience

· 1+ year of experience of object-oriented software engineering (C++, C#) (experience delivering to a schedule)

Travel: Ability to travel up to 10% internationally and remotely support key MKS customers.
