This software engineering position enjoys a flexible, remote, work-from-home schedule.
Our Tools/Middleware Software Engineers are essential to the success of our company. You focus daily on developing new value-added features for our test automation software designed to support a variety of 2D, 3D, and VR applications. You enjoy the flexibility of working from home while thriving in an environment where you can regularly tap into your innovative and creative nature. You work alongside our lead architect for our test automation framework and engage directly with customers to ensure you fully understand their automation needs. You also serve as 2nd-level customer support and assist with innovating new testing methodologies in Immersive Experiences.
In addition to taking on software engineering tasks, you are sure to keep open lines of communication as you work with internal QA/SDET to complete documentation and demonstration of product use through simple game scene creation. You will also help to integrate our solution with various gaming platforms, including Windows, macOS, Android, Nintendo Switch, Sony PlayStation, Xbox, and others including VR and AR.

REQUIREMENTS
* Demonstrable development experience in Unity or Unreal Engine, and/or a strong background in tools development
* Strong C++, C#, Python, and command-line scripting experience
* Test automation framework experience such as NUnit, Pytest, or Selenium
* Strong DevOps and CI/CD-related technologies experience
* Prior experience with building test frameworks or infrastructure a massive plus
* A bachelor's degree or higher in computer science would be strongly preferred.
