Who We Are Seeking

Left Field Labs is looking for an Interactive and Immersive Producer that will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations and management of a wide variety of projects for world-class clients. We’re looking for someone with exceptional organizational and communication skills to help us deliver on-time, high quality, one-of-a-kind digital experiences.

An individual who thrives at simultaneously managing multiple projects ranging from games, mobile apps, AR/VR to LBE and real-time experiential. One who will be guiding the production process from inception to delivery and beyond. An excellent communicator verbally and in writing - who is solution-focused, self-sufficient, and knows how to get things done; while being sensitive to the workload of your team. In addition to, an individual who is adept at direct client communications and relationship management.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Project Management: You’ll manage projects from start to finish. Maintaining clear communication with clients and teams. You will be responsible for monitoring, managing and maintaining project profitability.
  • Backlog Management: You’ll manage a backlog of project features and work with cross-functional project leadership to ensure all features are executed, tested to project specs and manage priorities and change scope of deliverables.
  • Administrative Support: You’ll assist in managing organizational and administrative tasks that support overall company growth.
  • Scope Definition: You’ll develop estimates, SOWs, project schedules and budgets.
  • Resource Management: You’ll work with the executive level to secure necessary resources following departmental processes, identify resource conflicts and keep other producers abreast of developing issues.
  • Internal Communications: You’ll work as a liaison between all teams (tech, creative, and accounts) while reporting to the Production Manager.
  • You will work closely with tech leads, developers and creative teams to satisfy client requirements and produce quality deliverables. 
What You’ll Need to be Successful
  • Required 3+ years of experience as a producer in games, AR, VR, and real-time/interactive entertainment development, providing exemplary client service within an interactive agency or similar
  • Manage 3D asset creation and developing experiences in game engines such as Unity or Unreal
  • Cross-functional collaboration with the immersive team, QA team, and creative teams such as UX/UI Designers and concept artists
  • Client relationship management experience, with the ability to manage expectations and timelines
  • Experience working in an agile software environment utilizing project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Monday
  • Ability to create presentations using Google Slides
  • Experience managing external software vendors or creative asset production shops

  • Experience with physical/digital hybrid or multimodal experiences and/or cross platform mobile projects (iOS/Android)
