What we are looking for:
A VR/AR professional with an industry-level portfolio and experience. Virtual Reality professional to teach participants the basic principles of virtual reality (VR) and virtual environment technology (VET). Participants in the program will be given an opportunity to interact directly with immersive virtual environment technology in the lab and will gain first-hand experience by developing a VR-based project/application as a culminating exhibit.
The project we want to work on will be dedicated to reimagining and exploring community safety. Program participants will consist of high school students and local law enforcement workers. We hope to use AR/VR technology to deepen conversations about our experiences and build collective empathy. Another important facet is providing students with hands-on project based and career based learning developing skills to eventually become leaders in the field.

Demonstrated proficiency in Virtual and/or Augmented Reality Production with a focus on interactive storytelling using Unity and Unreal Engines. Experience with projection mapping and/or Motion Capture Production preferred. Please provide examples of your work..
