As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Project Coordinator/Junior Producer based on the West Coast (Pacific or Mountain Time) to work directly with our clients and global team to help manage our ongoing workload.

We’re looking for a hard-working, proactive self-starter with a positive attitude who is able to manage their own time independently. Someone who has an entrepreneurial spirit, can think strategically, listen carefully to the needs of our clients, and be willing to engage the "whatever it takes, we'll get it done" approach when necessary. Excellent follow up, and strong oral and written communication skills are critical.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in some or all of the following areas:

• Digital Interactive Production: You’ve helped produce an app, website, AR/VR experience, or game.
• Advertising/Marketing: You’ve worked at an agency, or with an agency for a high-profile client or on a big brand account.
• Technical Savvy: While not an expert, you are comfortable opening up Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar Design/UI/UX tools, and you can build a presentation deck in Powerpoint. You are familiar with Unity and/or Unreal, you’ve used JIRA or similar issue-tracking tools, you get excited by the idea of playing around with a new piece of technology.

The Job:

You will be working directly with clients as well as our executive and development teams both in the US and overseas, helping to manage projects from concept through development and testing to delivery. We are a non-traditional, remote operation by design (a practice that predated the pandemic) and the work we do, and how we do it, are also unique and non-traditional. You will be coordinating projects and tasks with team members located across many different time zones and geographic regions, so calls at odd hours, in the early mornings and/or early evenings are typical, but your time is yours to manage and we value being flexible to the needs of our team members and prioritizing a healthy work/life balance.

This is a position that has many facets, so the ideal candidate is a willing problem solver, eager to learn, not afraid to jump into uncharted waters and always ready to roll up their sleeves and put in the effort to help deliver great work. Tracking tasks, coordinating materials, following up on and testing project deliverables is significant part of the job, so being extremely well-organized, self-motivated and proactive are essential skills for success. We offer a high potential for growth in your responsibilities and position, and an active role in helping us shape best practices and institutional knowledge.
