The Opportunity

· We are looking for an experienced Augmented Reality Producer to lead and coordinate the creation of several augmented reality experiences with large enterprise customers, managing 3D and technical artists to realize amazing AR experiences.

· You will be working within the AR organization at Adobe which is responsible for Adobe Aero, our no-code solution for AR authoring and will be interfacing directly with the team who is building the tool.

What you'll Do

· You will be working at the intersection of art and technology, bringing to market Augmented Reality experiences that leverage the latest technical evolutions of the medium.

· You will be interfacing with enterprise customers and the internal marketing and product teams to drive the partnership, based on a centralized brief aligning on goals, requirements and use cases.

· You will be managing a team of 3D artists to coordinate on the final creation of the experiences and track their progress from inception to release. Example AR experience that our team worked on is the following: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RDSSOW_uX1Y

· You will be in charge of owning and developing the production timelines, stakeholder reviews, coordination across team members to achieve success and release of the partnership; stakeholders include legal, QE, marketing, product, etc.

· You will collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute the go-to-market strategy for the release of the experience.

What you need to succeed

· Ideal candidates will have 8+ years' experience in production management and 3+ in Augmented Reality specifically, but if you think you are right for this position, contact us; we will listen. · Impeccable planning, communication, and organizational skills with attention to details.

· Ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time with many stakeholders and dependencies, to be result oriented and deliver on goals for specific timelines.

· Ability to be service oriented to connect with internal and external key stakeholders, experience in partnership or account management in agency is a strong plus.

· Experience producing content with Adobe Creative Cloud, managing a 3D pipeline and building immersive experiences.
