This is a completely new type of role where your work life will be full time inside virtual worlds helping new users find their feet. You will be asked to support virtual events, provide 1 on 1 tutorials and guide visitors to the relevant company contacts where necessary. This role is ideal for people with VR/AR gaming experience combined with customer support experience.


Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for new users logging into the Metaverse application platform
  • Provide tutorials and answer how to questions from virtual users inside the platform
  • Provide support for virtual events held inside application and provide additional training for event organizers
  • Monitor support tickets and forum posts and redirect queries as needed
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Attend company meetings virtually
  • Provide second level support to the QA team during testing periods


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role
  • Tech Savvy with knowledge of VR/AR industry
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
