We are looking for an exceptional digital logic designer/architect who is experienced with discrete logic design, microcontrollers and field programmable gate arrays. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers to improve the performance and capabilities of reactive gas generation systems.

• Collaborate in the design, review, and construction of digital control systems for sophisticated switch mode power supplies.
• Collaborate in the design, review, and construction of machine to machine and human to machine interfaces of reactive gas generator systems.
• Assist in failure analysis/mitigation of legacy digital designs
• Assist team in other digital design tasks as they arise.

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity and creativity is:

• Architect and implement digital designs with discrete logic, microcontrollers and FPGA.
• Good familiarity with signal integrity issues with signal bandwidth up to 200MHz.
• Ability to assist PCB layout engineers to manage and avoid signal integrity issues.
• Ability to help diagnose and remediate issues with legacy designs.
• Knowledge of switch mode power supply design and performance issues is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with C programming language is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with Python programming language is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 5+ years of experience
