FS Studio is looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented problem solver to join our team as Technical Project Manager. You will work alongside leadership, 3D artists, and technical developers to define strategic goals and foster a culture of collaboration. Our Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our internal customer projects to help FS Studio grow our customer-centric digital offerings.

This is a software development position, and the ideal candidate will have experience with software development projects.

Instead, you identify opportunities and create recommendations.

You will be asked to work with a wide variety of team members and will be responsible for ensuring they are collaborating and communicating effectively.

*The pay range for this position is $81k - $95k yearly*

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of software development projects from initiation through implementation and deployment.
• Use Scrum or other Agile project management methodologies to scope project phases, define key workshop deliverables and activities.
• Facilitate daily stand ups, sprint demos, customer discovery meetings and stakeholder meetings.
• Champion the adoption of agile best practices within Development, Product Management and Product Design and provide guidance to leadership.
• Keep internal project management tools accurate and maintain appropriate project documentation.
• Lead, motivate and inspire cross-functional teams of developers, designers, product managers, and strategists.
• Facilitate/lead various client and internal facing meetings including requirements gathering sessions and status meetings.
• Build roadmaps for various levels of client stakeholders that include detailed project milestones.
• Help improve team performance by holding retrospectives and facilitating process changes.
• Assist and facilitate defining vision and project scope, and proactively communicating it to business leaders and stakeholders.
• Work with product stakeholders and business leaders to prioritize user stories.
• Ensure adequate testing prior to delivery of an artifact or a code release

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication
• 5+ years working cross-functionally with software development teams to define, document, and prioritize product features and user stories for digital products.
• Excellent relationship building and team leadership skills
• Experience creating project plans and roadmaps
• Experience supporting and validating development activities to ensure the product is developed as designed and meets standards for exceptional user experience
• Experience delivering 1-2 simultaneous projects across more than one team, preferably on technical/software projects or programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Credential (PMP, PMI-ACP, or other equivalent)
• Experience with AR, VR, XR and/or PC gaming and 3D graphics
• Experience managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Experience presenting to executive level clients and stakeholders
• Experience managing financial metrics of projects and/or programs.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (O365, OneDrive, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
