Duration: 12 months duration with possibility of conversion into a permanent role

Description:

• Assists with the development, documentation and maintenance of architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces and designs for software systems.
• Develops and maintains code and integrates software components into a fully functional software system.
• Assists with test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met.
• Supports software project management and software supplier management functions.
• Selects, tailors and deploys processes and tools; establishes metrics. Performs software research and trade studies.
• Troubleshoots software issues. Works under general supervision.
• The Philadelphia Design Center Extended Reality (XR) team is expanding and is looking for a motivated software developer to join our team.
• Our dynamic group of developers brings Augmented and Virtual Reality solutions to the Boeing Enterprise.
• Our team is solving some of Boeing’s most challenging engineering, manufacturing, and training problems with the help of virtual reality, augmented reality, and motion capture.
• The right candidate is self-motivated and a continual learner.
• The candidate will work with customers to design, develop, test, document and support XR software solutions.
• Communication will be key, as these solutions must meet customer needs as well as integrate with Enterprise data systems.

Required Skills
