Job Description

The Glimpse Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the development of various VR/AR deliverables. This Project Manager will be working in a fast paced environment similar to that of a gaming or start up company. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality projects. Experience as Project Manager leading software development teams is also required.


Responsibilities:

- Run daily stand ups to ensure all developers and artist understand their tasks
- Collaborate with other project managers to create project plans that fit within developer availability
- Work closely with the internal design team to communicate project design plan to developers and artists
- Interface with clients and run status meetings
- Communicate needs for upcoming sprints
- Regularly communicate updates to upper management and c-suite

Skills:

- Experience working on/managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of the software development cycle and ability to mitigate risk
- Carefully plan all aspects of ambiguous projects
- Strong Communication Skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external personnel, and leverage those relationships to ensure project success
- Experience within AR/VR industry (preferred not required)

**Compensation is $75,000 cash PLUS Equity Bonus in a publicly traded company**
