Producer

A highly motivated team leader that is an experienced producer. The ideal candidate excels in creating and managing a team, and is able to drive forward intricate projects across multiple partnerships at our client in the tech industry. Given the high visibility of our operations across the company, it is of the utmost importance that this individual has excellent communication skills, ensuring that our partner teams, & our clients alike all have the same relevant information. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in emerging technology and the company’s larger vision for the future. This position is responsible for driving forward projects by effectively assembling a team based on skill set and project goals, creating deliberate milestones, and staying connected with leadership to ensure all goals remain aligned. This person must be able to pivot quickly, and adapt their efforts, in real time, to imminent project changes. They must be able to create & manage reports and disseminate relevant information to various stakeholders. This Producer will identify, assign, and oversee the workflow necessary to drive their projects. A successful Producer will be a seasoned leader, an effective communicator, a team player, and a forward thinker.

Minimum Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree

● 3+ years of project or program management experience or in an equivalent function

● Experience in MS Office and G-Suite tools

● 2+ years of experience with software application development,

● 2+ years experience with software lifecycle

● Experience communicating with executive and project-level audiences

● Ability to successfully execute on multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management

● Self driven and thrives in fast paced, ambiguous environments

● Experience analyzing, planning and developing project timelines

● A demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods

● A sense of personal accountability in both decision-making and supervising workflow teams

● Ability to be able to predict challenges and obstacles and drive toward solutions

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience developing AR/VR or other applications of 3D graphics such as computer games

● Experience with Asana

Responsibilities

● Oversee projects from definition through final project delivery & support a team that spans different time zones

● Maintain project management best practices to include thorough documentation, capture lessons learned, and effective management

● Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for effective workflow on projects you are leading

● Ability to direct the work of others ensuring goals are clearly outlined, tracked, documented and ultimately achieved

● Evaluate the progress of a project to continuously anticipate blockers and course corrections that lead to more efficient solutions

● Assist with escalated issues on priorities, goals, strategies, resources, and key initiatives, ensuring completion of all deliverables

● Use the team’s standard online tools and keep project tracking and reports updated on a daily basis

● Publish regular program updates, e.g. roadmaps, read-outs and highlight reports

● Successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

● Establish and implement training processes

● Hold regular workflow meetings to help address any questions or challenges regarding projects outcome

● Work directly with the TPM on hardware and software technology options for each project

● Work cross functionally with partners implement and optimize processes that scale

● Maintain key relationships with internal clients and vendors

● Work and communicate with a variety of stakeholders who come from both technical and non-technical, interdisciplinary backgrounds.

● Funnel learnings back to the development teams in a consistent and digestible fashion
