Florida Atlantic University is seeking Digital Media Coordinators, Boca Raton, FL.
The Digital Media Coordinator is responsible for providing support for the design and development of multimedia solutions to promote and support quality online courses and eLearning professional development. This includes but is not limited to working with clients to produce quality content, storyboarding, providing direction to production and post-production assistants and reviewing and approving final delivery of content. The digital media coordinator will interact with external clients, manage full pre, pro and post-production project phases and final product delivery approvals.
Other job functions will include developing and facilitating live and pre-produced training, production of instructional materials, creation of reusable learning objects, development of mobile ready, interactive and immersive media content. Performs other duties as assigned at the discretion of the supervisor. This position reports to the Assistant Director of the Center for Online and Continuing Education.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or higher in an appropriate area of specialization and two years appropriate experience required.

Requires the ability to work in a fast paced, frequently changing environment with strong attention to detail, time management and a talent for conceptualizing solutions.
Requires travel to other campuses.
Must be creative problem solver who is flexible and adaptable.
Must be willing to learn a wide range of software and media development tools.
Experience building presentations and learning objects housed on the web and in a learning management system is required.
Knowledge of or experience with immersive media (AR / VR / 360 Video) platforms such as CenarioVR, Aero, Steam and Oculus are a major plus. Virtual reality, augmented reality, 3D modeling, animation, and interactivity are all preferred.
