Job Description

Reports to: Partnerships Director

Consult and deliver customer training and development programs in accordance with learning requirements. Working with customers, you will contribute to the strategic direction and development of dealpay.io.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, design and implementation / delivery of all Learning and Development requirements.
• Consult on customer training requirements, plan and communicate design requirements in accordance with customer learning objectives
• Consult on customer enterprise systems, API integrations, policy and reporting 
• Supports pre-sales activities with research,  presentations and pitching
• Collaborates with the Partnerships Director in promoting deaplay.io with new and existing partners
• Supports co-selling activities with pre-sales and subject matter expertise
• Undertakes any other reasonable duties / projects which may be required from time to
• time.

Prerequisites:

• Minimum of 2 years experience of training, design, delivery and evaluation. Experience in the delivery of training programs. 
• Experience in the design and preparation of training programs. Experience of evaluating the effectiveness of training.
