Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Leverage a combination of sales engagement tools like SalesLoft/Outreach.io and enrichment tools like LeadIQ/ZoomInfo in reaching out to prospects
- Keep accurate records based on research and connections in CRM (Salesforce) to create an ease in transition to an Account Executive
- Strategically research, identify, and contact potential customers to generate interest via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn campaigns
- Build and manage a lead development pipeline within our CRM through lead follow-up and prospecting
- Collaborate with marketing to deliver effective messaging and campaigns for companies that can benefit from Osso
- Identify and generate qualified opportunities based on established criteria for Account Executives
This is the right opportunity for you if you:
- Obtained Bachelor’s degree
- Have 0-2 year of sales development or outbound sales experience
- Are a highly organized self-starter, able to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable connecting with cold prospects by email, phone, and in-person
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment that is regularly growing and evolving
- Are self aware in what you don’t know, and humble enough to learn or ask for help
- You are comfortable speaking with all levels of an organization including C-Suite and executives
- You are an instinctive problem solver who thrives on remedying the issues for customers
- Are comfortable working in a fully remote environment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with sales engagement tools such as Outreach.io, SalesLoft, and Groove
- Outbound sales experience within the software, Saas, or the med device space
- Strong social media presence and knowledge of how to leverage these platforms for social selling
- 6 months of sales or internship experience
- Experience using a CRM (bonus points for Salesforce)
