Health Scholars is searching for a Customer Success Specialist. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for your accounts, promoting customer engagement and assisting clients with achieving their business goals. You will guide customers through onboarding and ensure they are engaged with our platform and Virtual Reality (VR) Health Care training applications so that together you identify opportunities to expand. The success of our team and our company is dependent on the success of our customers. Their win is our win.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Responsible for introducing Virtual Reality to new customers.
· Onboard the platform and the VR Training applications. Facilitating workshops with customers on best practices, crafting successful customer success plans, and helping customers execute on those plans.
· Passionately acting on behalf of the customer to resolve issues and identify opportunities for growth.
· Tracking engagement and employing strategies to keep customers engaged according to their success plans.
· Representing the voice of the customer as the liaison to our product, marketing, and sales teams/processes.
· Passionate about providing the best experience to our customers and about helping them achieve their goals.
· Managing renewal, upsell, cross-sell, and other expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
· 3+ years of customer success experience, ideally with a technology start-up and/or SaaS company.
· Health Care industry experience preferred.
· Customer engagement skills with the ability to establish trusted advisor relationships and the ability to harmonize the needs of both individuals and organizations.
· Demonstrated track record of handling enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
· Experience negotiating contracts and managing renewals.
· Proven success in account management.
· Experience in project management a plus.
· Proactive, self-motivated and self-directed with a positive attitude.
· Collaborative problem solver with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Excellent time management skills.
· Excellent oral and written communication
· Experience using a CRM like Salesforce.com and customer success tools like Zendesk
· Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
· Ability to work remote and to travel approximately 50% (subject to fluctuate to accommodate customer needs.)
· Comfortable with technology and emerging technologies
· Ability to provide consultative services and selling. Or something like this…we just need folks who can act as a SME and offer best practices support. We need critical thinkers, not script readers.
