Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, consulting, a related function, or 5 years of experience with a relevant advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with leading edge Research and Development, preferably within high-tech or consumer electronics.
  • Ability to work with independence in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Solid SQL skills, or demonstrated ability to write queries and work with databases.
  • Critical thinking and structured problem solving skills coupled with excellent modeling skills.

Augmented Reality Finance provides analytical and business planning support, and brings the long-term financial implications of business strategies and engineering decisions as our business pioneers new technology and new business models. As part of the Augmented Reality (AR) Finance team, you will serve as a single point of contact to AR engineering leadership. You will develop an understanding of the technology roadmap and provide insights into the long-term economics of technology investments. You will provide budget support and ensure that financial processes are fast and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Develop models and analysis to highlight the financial implications of new technology, agreements, and long-term investments.
  • Develop and maintain unit economic forecasts to determine key decisions and optimization points for future products.
  • Provide budget analysis, forecasting and insights to support AR engineering.
