Cloud Security Engineer

Job Description

At Altoura ,we are looking for an instructional designer who can create immersive trainings on the Altoura platform for our Fortune 100 clients. If you are interested in exploring how XR can fundamentally change how frontline workers get trained, then you are the one we are looking for.

Responsibilities

1. Partner directly with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging content for a variety of audiences and delivery modes (online, webinar, etc.).
2. Responsible for building out the material used in the training system by working with subject matter experts to collect content, and then creating trainings on that content in a manner that will help learners to understand.
3. Work closely and learn from an innovative team designing virtual instructor-led, mixed, and virtual reality experiences leveraging the latest spatial technologies.
4. Write and edit blueprints, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, and other learning documentation.
5. Able to engage with Content Experts and stakeholders to create interactive, clear, and error-free content, including but not limited to Standard Guides, Web based training, Visual Factory, Presentations.
6. Independently prioritize and accomplish multiple projects and tasks within established timeframes.
7. Collaborate with our team of instructional designers, interactive media specialists, graphic designers, programmers.

Required Qualifications

1. 5-6+ years of relevant experience designing and developing training curriculum
2. Work or educational experience with technical and/or engineering concepts.
3. Experience with design tools used in a learning creation environment (MS office, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Adobe Captivate etc.).
4. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate in both written and oral formats
5. Open collaborative style; ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with minimal supervision or direction
6. Ability to be unfazed by ambiguity and comfortable in environments with shifting priorities
7. Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
8. Previous experience creating web-based training, technical writing, and standard guides.
9. Experience developing training for X Reality (VR/MR/AR) a plus.
10. Experience/knowledge of the automotive industry or machinery a plus.
