Job Description

Help people access virtual reality therapy for well-being ❤️

Studio Bahia's journey began with finding a way to provide therapy to children in crises at refugee camps. They created a new branch of phenomenological psychology which makes use of the immersive qualities in virtual reality to produce outcomes similar to or better than traditional psychology. Their therapies are developed using the findings of research institutions and universities around the world.

Studio Bahia's therapies address anxiety, chronic pain, Alzheimer’s disease, pain management, natural and man-made disaster, refugee, temporal recalibration for autism, schizophrenia, Parkinson’s disease, strabismus and amblyopia, and include narrative exposure therapy, solution focused therapy, EMDR, and others. Their model gives peoples suffering from anxiety and stress during the pandemic an easy and accessible way to support their well-being needs.

  • We are looking for a VOLUNTEER Researcher to join the team to research into potential therapies and training in virtual reality from Chronic Insomnia to EMDR to Orthopedic Surgery to new revolutionary adaptations and designs.
  • Volunteer 2 hours per week remotely 💻
