Job Overview

We are looking for a superstar Social Media Specialist who can help us develop and implement our LinkedIn social media strategy. Working with our Go-To-Market team, the successful candidate will increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts, using analytics to monitor engagement, and creative skills to drive organic interactions within the AR virtual communities. 


Responsibilities

  • Position Beem as an authority and a thought leader in Augmented Reality and the metaverse by sharing opinions on relevant industry news, posting original pieces of high-quality content and tagging/resharing other people’s content on LinkedIn
  • Conduct audience research on LinkedIn: when are they online, what do they care about, what communities are they a part of, what hashtags do they use, what people/pages do they follow
  • Use organic social on LinkedIn to start building an engaged following of our company page
  • Increase engagement by posting at the ‘right time’, fine-tuning our efforts based on our audience analytics, tagging and inviting relevant people to participate in conversations & interacting with the audience 
  • Build a community and long-term social capital on LinkedIn
  • Create thought leadership content that makes an impact
  • Generate more inbound opportunities 
  • Track analytics and content performance
  • Creating engaging copy


Person Specification

  • Provable, personal accountability for generating significant success for your clients
  • History of working with technology and software brands
  • Excellent copywriting, presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in social media management/strategy (5+ years) and social analytics tools knowledge, ideally gained in a startup environment
  • Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms especially LinkedIn
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills and time management skills
  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
