Rendever is looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. We’re on a mission to improve the aging process, and we’re eager for someone to navigate the desires of our customers and ensure our product continues to evolve in the best direction. Our virtual reality platform is being used across the US to reduce the growing epidemic of social isolation plaguing seniors today. As a team, we’ve been successfully developing innovative approaches to unique technical and UX challenges in using cutting edge technology like VR with a stereotypically tech-averse population. We’re at an exciting juncture where these technical challenges have been solved and iterated on over the past year, and our upcoming product pipeline is largely focused on elevating the experience we’re actually delivering through this platform.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience working in a product management role, and who is eager to dive in and help us expand the worlds of those whose lives have become limited. Our team is growing, and we’ve worked diligently to create a movement that is starting to take off, so the opportunities ahead of us will need more people motivated to impact the lives of millions through experiential technology. We’re looking for someone who is eager to get in front of a variety of users and understand their needs, desires, and pain points, and can translate those into a plan of continuous action and alignment. We need you to truly understand the difference between idea and action and be able to drive the path from user-driven idea to full product realization through a series of actionable steps, and involve key stakeholders to drive success beyond launch.

We are a remote-flexible company working to accelerate AgeTech industry momentum within our hometown of Boston, MA, and have preference for candidates based in Boston or willing to relocate to Boston.

Qualifications:

• High aptitude for translating business needs to easily understood technical implementation strategy
• Enthusiasm for navigating roadblocks and motivating productivity amidst fluctuating uncertainties that arise due to multiple stakeholders
• Knack for wireframing product and feature implementations (it doesn't have to be pretty!)
• 2-3 years of previous experience in product management
• Strong preference for those with previous experience working in a startup or a similar fast-paced, highly motivated environment
• Previous experience working with seniors or senior living communities highly preferred, but not required

• Eagerness to align teams using project management tools like Asana
• Experience building products that focus on multiple stakeholders
• A dedication to continual improvement and a belief that optimization is a never-ending process
• Comfort working with remote teams and a fast-paced startup culture
• Knowledge about the VR industry
• Fluency in English, it is the universal company language
• A positive & energetic personality
