Primary Responsibilities

Project Description:
  • SME for technical elements across AR/VR platforms
  • Understand business landscape and ties between that and our technologies
  • Tests and incubates new capabilities and use cases
  • Helps to shape tech strategy
  • Owns and manages technology domains including all tertiary IT related requirements
  • Manages product backlog/dev pipeline as dictated by business objectives
  • Supports executing Compliance/Privacy/SDLC requirements
  • Helps manage, facilitate, organize tech/use case POCs and various work streams
  • Works with business to understand/define problem/opportunity they are solving for
  • Partners with PO to collect product requirements
  • Writes clear user stories and user acceptance criteria
  • Capable of running/facilitating UAT and POAT activities
Business Problem

This person will integrate with our core XR teams which includes members from business, IT and 3rd party vendors to provide technical expertise for AR/VR platforms including currently deployed solutions and the overall technology landscape, none JnJ deployed platforms, hardware/software, effective use cases and industry trends. They’ll serve as a tech liaison with our business POs and need to partner closely with them to understand their problems, unmet needs and key objectives to optimize high value tech deployments paired to their use cases. They’ll help to shape tech strategy of the program, maintaining product development backlogs/pipelines, incubate/test new capabilities or use cases and prove/debunk business value of them. Additionally, this individual will be required to own and manage their products/platforms including all IT SDLC/Security/Privacy requirements and enablement tasks.

This person must be able to flex between main responsibilities, primarily serving as the program’s primary tech lead and be able to participate in general team responsibilities or special projects as the program quickly evolves.

Physical Environment And Working Conditions

This is a global program, our hours of operation span anywhere from 7-8 am to 8-9 pm EST; occasionally, while not required, it would be preferred if the candidate lived near Springhouse, PA or NJ.

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $80,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
