Physical Environment And Working Conditions
This is a global program so our hours of operation span anywhere from 7-8 am to 8-9 pm EST; occasionally, while not required, it would be preferred if the candidate in Philadelphia area or NJ
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of working professionally in a matrixed IT organization
Education Required: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- Provides subject matter expertise across our XR platforms
- Provides tier 1&2 technical field support
- Manages knowledge articles and other technical/IT artifacts
- Owns and drives daily IT enablement tasks
- Participates in shaping our XR product development backlog and service model

- Product ownership/management
Project Description
- Ability to quickly create subject matter expertise across our XR platforms
- Experience logging and processing support tickets - preferred
- Great attention to detail, experience with software troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Able to balance many tactical level tasks against priorities and timely delivery
- Excellent communications, including the ability to plan talk technical concepts/instructions to nontechnical end users
- Tracking and reporting workstream statuses
- MS office/KanBan/Service Now
- Moderate Technical/Technology acumen
- Enthusiasm and propensity for continual learning
- Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to a quickly changing environment with the nature of our work
Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $80,000 to $165,000 or the hourly equivalent.
