 Job Title: Online Community Manager

Job Description: echo3D (Techstars 19’), a company providing a cloud platform for 3D/AR/VR developers and content creators is looking for a talented community manager to manage and grow our online community. You will be responsible for building our community strategy, posting content and responding to followers. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Work Hours: Full-time (flexible working hours, paid vacation time)

Responsibilities:

• Manage our Slack community and respond to comments and customer questions
• Support and manage our communities on Facebook, Linkedin, Discord, Twitter, Dev.to, and more
• Establish sponsorships for hackathons and other coding events as well as 3D/AR/VR associations 
• Identify and engage with influencers and ambassadors
• Create inspiring product demos, tutorials, films, and other videos to use for online events and marketing
• Suggest and implement new campaigns and activities to grow our communities

Requirements:

• Proven work experience, for 2+ years in the community management, developer relations or developer evangelism spaces
• Experience in the 3D/AR/VR space is a plus
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to an audience of varying technical understanding
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• US work authorization
